Keyboard access
Navigation, forms, dialogs, and primary actions support keyboard use with visible focus and a skip link to main content.
Clear structure
Semantic headings, text labels, status announcements, and field-level guidance keep information understandable and actionable.
Responsive layouts
Core pages reflow for mobile screens, browser zoom, enlarged text, reduced motion, and high-contrast preferences.
1. Our accessibility commitment
Wayboro uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design and review standard for its website. Accessibility is considered across public information, checkout, private tracking, driver onboarding, driver operations, and account recovery.
We review accessibility when navigation, forms, content, providers, or delivery workflows change. Feedback from people using assistive technology is routed to the team responsible for the affected experience.
2. Accessible website experience
- A skip link moves keyboard focus directly to the main content.
- Page changes, form errors, loading states, and confirmations use text that can be announced by assistive technology.
- Form fields have visible labels, instructions, error associations, and touch targets sized for reliable interaction.
- Informative icons and images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion is reduced when the device requests reduced motion, and essential information does not depend on animation or color alone.
- Delivery status, route details, proof information, and account actions remain available as structured text.
3. Assistance and alternative formats
You may ask for help completing a website task or request delivery information in another reasonable format. Accessibility assistance is provided without an additional fee. Tell us the page or feature involved, what prevented completion, and the reply method or format that works for you.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private tracking links, identity documents, or delivery photographs by ordinary email. Wayboro will direct sensitive information to an appropriate secure channel when it is needed.
4. Payments, maps, and uploads
Payment controls may be provided by Stripe, and driver route maps may be provided by Mapbox. Wayboro keeps route addresses, stop order, instructions, payment status, and primary actions available as text rather than requiring a map or visual control alone.
If a payment, map, document upload, or proof upload prevents you from completing a task, stop before sending sensitive information elsewhere and contact Wayboro for an accessible path forward.
5. Request accessibility support
Accessibility support
Choose the contact method that works for you
Include the page or feature, a short description of the barrier, and your preferred reply method. Browser and assistive-technology details are helpful but optional.
Published email: [email protected]
Wayboro support channels are intended for delivery and website assistance. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency authority first.
6. Third-party services
Payment, mapping, browser, and messaging providers may have their own accessibility behavior. Report a provider-related barrier to Wayboro so we can help with the delivery task and raise the issue with the provider when appropriate.
7. Statement updates
Wayboro updates the effective date and version of this statement when its accessibility practices, contact options, or material website features change.
Questions about an order? Open your private tracking link or email [email protected]. If email is needed, identify the delivery with its public WB- order number and nonsecret shipment facts—never paste the private tracking link or token.
