For business

Local deliveries. A stronger connection.

Send a prepared item, plan regular deliveries, or explore joining the restaurant marketplace. Start with what your business needs.

Planning repeat deliveries or an API connection? Submit the short inquiry below to receive a reference and keep the request in our operations queue.

What every business order includes

  • Upfront pricing

The server shows an itemized route-and-package total before the order is created or payment starts.

  • Direct handoff

One driver takes the item from your counter to the destination. Nothing is pooled or re-sorted.

  • Proof at both ends

A photo and handoff name are recorded on the order, with optional recipient PIN verification at delivery.

  • Recorded order timeline

Status, assignment, payment, and proof records remain associated with the order while retained under Wayboro policy.

Use cases

The runs that keep a local business moving

Wayboro carries items that are already prepared or already paid for. We do not shop on your behalf and we do not take moving jobs.

Urgent parts runs

Get the part from the supplier to the bay before the job stalls.

Documents between offices

Replaceable business papers and ordinary copies across town.

Store and supplier pickups

Collect a waiting order from a counter and bring it back.

Customer order delivery

Send a prepared order straight to the customer who bought it.

Recurring local runs

Use checkout or an approved API integration for repeat pickup and drop-off needs.

Returns and exchanges

Move a merchant-approved return to the store, supplier, or carrier drop point.

Two ways to send

Book it yourself, or let your system do it

Through checkout

The same four-step flow customers use: enter the route, describe the shipment and choose its vehicle visually, compare Scheduled and Priority prices, then add handoff contacts, review, and pay.

  • No account needed to see a price
  • Private tracking link for every order
  • Delivery window on scheduled orders

Through the API

Approved integrations can quote and create orders from their own system, then receive signed webhooks as the order moves. The contract is built for retries and duplicate protection.

  • Separate read, create, and proof permissions for each approved organization
  • A key can retrieve proof only when that key includes the approved proof permission
  • Duplicate-safe retries so a repeated request does not create a second order
  • Versioned endpoints for quotes, orders, status, cancellation, and proof
  • Signed status webhooks delivered from a durable retry queue
Discuss an integration

Approved business accounts can now use a secure dashboard to monitor organization orders, open recipient tracking, review delivery proof, and cancel eligible orders. API keys and proof scopes remain available for system integrations. Saved repeat routes are not available today.

What we carry

Prepared items matched to the right vehicle

Replaceable business papers, dry auto parts, sealed packages, flowers and ordinary gifts, merchant-approved returns, office supplies, shelf-stable retail goods, and prepared commercial loads.

Items must fit safely in the vehicle class shown in the quote and be packed for transport. A driver may decline anything unsafe, oversized, or materially different from its description.

The current service does not accept batteries or battery-powered devices, irreplaceable originals, age-restricted goods, or hazardous materials. Review the complete boundary before booking or designing an integration.

Cargo and workflow

Describe the workflow, not private records. Do not paste customer personal data, passwords, API keys, webhook secrets, or private tracking links.

Wayboro is in demo mode. You can explore the complete experience, but no real order or payment will be created. The inquiry form is available for review, but it cannot be submitted from this environment.

Submitting does not create an account, activate API access, reserve delivery capacity, or promise a response time.

Need to continue an existing conversation? Email [email protected] and include the inquiry reference. Do not send customer personal data or private tracking links.
