Prohibited Items Policy

1. Core rule

Do not request transport or handling described below. The list is non-exhaustive: Wayboro may refuse a request when transport would be unlawful, require an unapproved license, permit, insurance, equipment, handling protocol, or chain of custody, or create an unreasonable risk to people, property, the vehicle, or the environment.

The website does not inspect contents or automatically approve an item. A quote, accepted payment, category label, or missing product name is not an eligibility decision. The sender must know and accurately disclose the contents, condition, each packed item's outside dimensions, combined group weight, quantity, value, and special handling facts.

These examples are not pre-approval. Product contents, packaging, route, condition, size, licensing, recall status, and applicable law still control.

Battery exceptions can depend on cell chemistry, energy rating, condition, quantity, packaging, markings, route, carrier procedures, and trained handling. Wayboro's current service does not operate a separately approved battery program, so a battery being installed in an ordinary consumer device does not make it eligible.

Public checkout accepts at most 10 physical items across no more than 10 item groups. One group means identical items with the same packaging, vehicle fit, combined weight band, and handling needs. The combined weight of every group must be 100 lb or less. Each packed item must fit, after safe rotation, within the largest online profile of 240 × 96 × 96 inches. The total declared value across all groups must not exceed $100,000. A declared value is shipment information, not insurance, guaranteed reimbursement, or a statement of claim eligibility; the separate Claims Policy controls the current claim process and limitations. A generated vehicle match is a capacity estimate, not permission to send a prohibited item and not a promise that an inaccurately described item will be carried.

Report outside dimensions in the exact pickup-ready form the driver will receive: assembled, boxed, rolled, or otherwise packed, including outer packaging. Do not substitute catalog dimensions, a disassembled product size, or the flat dimensions of an item that will be rolled. For a line of identical items, report one packed item and choose a vehicle that fits the complete quantity.

Use Documents only for sealed ordinary papers that need no measurements, photo, fragile handling, or larger vehicle. Use another category and describe the contents when that simplified definition does not fit.

5. Packaging and inspection

Package and secure the item for ordinary handling and road movement. Keep required product labels visible. Before custody transfers, Wayboro or the assigned driver may ask to inspect the item or have packaging opened when reasonably necessary to verify contents, safety, condition, dimensions, or policy compliance. Refusal of a lawful inspection request can result in refusal or cancellation.

A driver must not open or search an item without authorization, except as law permits in an emergency. A driver may decline the item, remain at a safe distance, and contact operations or public authorities when there is a safety or legal concern.

6. Refusal, cancellation, and return

Wayboro may refuse pickup, stop a delivery where safe and lawful, return an item, preserve it for an authority, or provide information to an authority when required by law. The Cancellation and Refund Policy controls customer charges. This policy version creates no undisclosed prohibited-item or failed-pickup fee.

Do not ask a driver to discard, conceal, leave unattended, or independently dispose of a refused item. The sender remains responsible for lawful instructions and cooperation. Wayboro will not knowingly return dangerous or illegal material in a manner prohibited by law.

7. Sender confirmation

Public checkout requires confirmation that every item is prepared and the order contains no prohibited item. That confirmation and this policy version are associated with the order record. Knowingly false descriptions, attempts to bypass screening, or repeated violations may lead to service restriction and lawful reporting.
